1. Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, and grapefruits are acidic and can erode tooth enamel. To minimize the effects, chew them quickly and swallow to avoid prolonged exposure. Rinse your mouth with water to neutralize the acidity. You can also use a straw when drinking citrus juices to limit contact with the teeth.
