The Start of a Compelling Case: Exploring 22 Compelling Incidents of Biden Corruption

Did you hear the news? Fox News articles are now available in audio format! Recently, Speaker Kevin McCarthy called for an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden’s alleged corrupt actions. Following this, several reporters reached out to me. Interestingly, all of them started their questions with the assumption that there was no evidence of wrongdoing on Biden’s part and that the inquiry was merely a partisan move. However, it seemed clear that they did not understand the nature of an impeachment inquiry. The purpose of such an inquiry is to determine if there is enough evidence of crimes to justify impeachment. It acts as a preliminary step before an actual impeachment. If the inquiry uncovers sufficient proof, the next stage would be impeachment. On the other hand, if a thorough review of the information reveals no serious wrongdoing, the matter is dropped. At this stage, the key question is whether there is enough suspicious information and credible witnesses to warrant further investigation.
Currently, three U.S. House committees – Oversight and Accountability, Judiciary, and Ways and Means – have been gathering information about then-Vice President (now President) Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings. In particular, Chairman James Comer and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability have presented a range of facts and witnesses that more than justify an impeachment inquiry. In fact, they have identified 22 instances where President Biden was involved in business activities with Hunter and foreign clients. This is noteworthy because President Biden has consistently claimed that he had no knowledge of his son’s foreign business deals. The committee has responded to skeptics by providing a solid list of facts and detailed testimony.
Let’s take a look at some key points from the committee’s report that clarify why an impeachment inquiry is necessary. These examples pertain to business dealings with Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, and Kazakhstan while Biden was vice president. The primary questions are: did Joe Biden actively assist his son in making money while in office, and did Joe Biden himself receive significant financial benefits in return?
  1. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, testified that Joe Biden was the driving force behind their business and that he used his status to attract foreign funds for the Biden family.
  2. Archer claimed that then-Vice President Biden was frequently on speakerphone during their discussions to demonstrate Hunter’s access to power.
  3. According to reports, in February 2014, then-Vice President Biden had dinner with influential figures from Russia and Kazakhstan who channeled millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and his associates. This dinner took place at Café Milano and its occurrence is undisputed.
  4. In April 2015, then-Vice President Biden had a dinner meeting with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates, including Vadym Pozharsky, an executive at Ukrainian company Burisma. At that time, Burisma was under investigation by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin for corruption.
  5. Then-Vice President Biden had a meeting with Jonathan Li, Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associate, and also wrote a letter of recommendation for Li’s daughter when he visited Beijing.
  6. In 2015, then-Vice President Biden hosted a dinner at his official residence for Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and other business associates. The purpose of the gathering was to discuss potential candidates for the top position at the United Nations. Notably, a Kazakhstani government official interested in the U.N. position attended both dinners at Café Milano.
  7. Using the pseudonym “Robert L. Peters,” Vice President Biden was informed about a call with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in 2016. Interestingly, Hunter Biden, who was serving on the board of Burisma, was copied on that official email.
  8. In December 2015, a Biden business associate named Eric Schwerin emailed Kate Bedingfield in the Office of the Vice President with quotes regarding Hunter Biden’s role at Burisma. Later that day, Ms. Bedingfield confirmed that the Vice President had given his approval. According to Devon Archer, after a Burisma board meeting in Dubai on the same evening, Hunter Biden made a call to Washington, D.C. to discuss the pressure Burisma was placing on him.
  9. In May 2017, James Gilliar, a Biden family associate, sent an email to Hunter Biden and other associates outlining how they would divide the profits from their deal with CEFC, a Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company. Gilliar mentioned that Joe Biden would receive 10% of the profits, a claim confirmed by former Biden family associate Tony Bobulinski.
  10. In May 2017, Gilliar instructed Bobulinski not to mention Joe Biden’s involvement except during face-to-face conversations, indicating a level of secrecy and caution about their business dealings.
  11. In a September 2017 email, Hunter Biden referred to Joe Biden as his business partner and provided Joe Biden’s personal cell phone number as confirmation. Additional emails demonstrate plans for Hunter Biden, CEFC officials, and Joe Biden to share offices under the Hudson West/CEFC/Biden Foundation name.
  12. In July 2017, Hunter Biden demanded money from his Chinese business associates and threatened that Joe Biden was next to him, implying his father’s knowledge and involvement in their transactions.
  13. Regarding the distribution of profits from their deal with CEFC, Hunter Biden stated in a text message that the Biden family was skilled at pursuing financial opportunities.
  14. These 22 examples are just the tip of the iceberg. The impeachment inquiry is likely to reveal much more evidence. It is important to note that President Biden has made false statements about these matters. The truth can only be uncovered if we persist in seeking the facts and connecting the dots.
The American people deserve to know the truth about potential foreign influence peddling by the vice president and his family. We must also understand how taxpayer assets may have been used to enrich the Biden family. President Biden has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, but his track record of dishonesty raises serious concerns. It is crucial that we continue to demand transparency and accountability.
During various interviews and debates, President Biden consistently denied any involvement or knowledge of his son’s business dealings. However, these statements have been proven false. Given the extent of President Biden’s false claims, it is imperative that we uncover the truth.
The impeachment inquiry is set to reveal much more compelling evidence. The examples I shared above are only the beginning. Many of these details were sourced from the Committee on Oversight’s report, with some additional commentary from myself.
