Details: From 20:00 on 5 November to midnight on 6 November 2023, the Russians carried out their attack on Ukraine. The assault involved several types of missiles and attack drones.
Specifically, one Kh-31 and one Kh-59 guided aircraft missile were fired individually from the airspace of occupied Kherson Oblast. Furthermore, the launch of a P-800 Oniks anti-ship missile and an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the territory of occupied Crimea was documented.
Additionally, 22 Shahed-136/131 attack UAV launches were recorded from the area of Cape Chauda in Crimea. However, Ukrainian Air Forces, in conjunction with the air defense of the Defence Forces of Ukraine, managed to successfully destroy 15 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs and one Kh-59 guided aircraft missile through their combat efforts.

Serhii Lysak, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, reported that Ukrainian defenders successfully downed a Russian UAV over the Pavlohrad district.
Simultaneously, the Russians targeted Odesa city centre and a mothballed industrial building. The resulting blast wave caused damage to several high-rise residential buildings and a museum in the historic part of the city, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The intense and concentrated Shahed-131/136 kamikaze UAV attack specifically aimed at Odesa’s port infrastructure. Ukrainian air defense forces were able to down 15 drones, with some hits causing damage to warehouses, unloading equipment, and trucks loaded with grain. Fortunately, the fire was quickly extinguished, but eight individuals sustained injuries.
