The renowned rapper of “See You Again” fame shared this health update through a series of heartfelt tweets on Friday, expressing his frustration with the pain and lack of relief from pain medication. Khalifa, known for his mixed martial arts skills, has not clarified if his injury is connected to his training.

He later added in a separate tweet, “Told the lady I ain’t need no help then proceeded to fuck my back up.”

Khalifa subsequently shared two videos of himself wearing kinesiology tape and taking assisted steps with two canes. He also retweeted and responded to numerous well-wishing fans.

One person wrote, “Wishing you the best recovery. You’re always spreading positive vibes, so I’m trying to spread some to you!” Khalifa reassured his fans that he is being cautious, stating that he is “watchin movies till this swelling go down.”

In another tweet, he mentioned, “The pain isn’t from the actual tear, so as soon as the spasms stop, I should be Gu Wop,” and humorously added, “Ima finna have super hips after this.”

The following day, he updated his fans with two more videos, showcasing his ability to walk at a faster speed without assistance.

“4 legs was cool, but I like two better,” he wrote.

Khalifa, who shares a child with Amber Rose, frequently posts videos of his training sessions on his social media platforms. In April 2021, the Professional Fighters League (PFL) informed Insider that Khalifa had become an investor in the league and would serve as an advisor.
