Azerbaijan has announced its triumph in the military campaign in Nagorno-Karabakh, only one day after commencing the assault. Ethnic Armenian leaders in the disputed region agreed to a ceasefire in the early hours of Wednesday, following significant advances made by Azerbaijani forces.
