These precautions come following the reported assault on Stephen Termini, a 57-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, who was attacked by a group of teenagers while visiting Dublin. The incident resulted in Termini being hospitalized in intensive care. A teenage boy has since been charged in connection with the attack, as reported by the BBC.
