Americans with an appetite for European camper vans are in luck. Westfalia is making its way back to the US market, Volkswagen is introducing an all-electric van, and now Las Vegas’ Caleche Customs is bringing another attractive European camper van to the US. The Roadtrip, a luxurious camper van inspired by the sea, is designed by Dutch shop Innova and features a uniquely rounded floor plan with yacht-deck-style flooring, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing large meals to enjoy around the picnic table.
Caleche Customs previously made headlines when it imported the Unicamp Kia Carnivale pop-top to the US. Now, they have gone in the opposite direction to import one of Europe’s stylish camper vans for American buyers.
The Innova Roadtrip 595L has been showcased at German camper shows in the past, and what sets it apart is the rounded design of its furniture. In an industry that typically features squared-up corners and straight, level edges, Innova goes against the grain with its emphasis on rounded furnishings and softened edges.

The back of the Roadtrip features a rounded U-shaped sofa with an oval table, giving it a unique lounge layout. The table completes the U-shape, creating a Froli-sprung double bed with a cold-foam mattress.
Adjacent to the lounge on the passenger side is the kitchen block, which includes a three-burner Thetford stove, 80-L fridge, and sink. On the driver’s side is the wet bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, and Dometic chemical toilet.
