Trader Joe’s promptly removed and destroyed all potentially affected products, as stated in their official release.
The grocer advises, “If you bought or received any donations of Almond Windmill Cookies and/or Dark Chocolate Chunk and Almond Cookies, we strongly recommend not consuming them. Please dispose of the product or return it to any Trader Joe’s store for a complete refund.”
