It’s also wise to experiment with multiple activities to prevent boredom. Until exercise becomes a habit, plan a variety of enjoyable pursuits to keep yourself motivated and engage different muscle groups.

4. Find a workout buddy:
If you thrive on social interactions, consider partnering up with a friend to hold each other accountable and inject fun into your workouts. Alternatively, you can join adult sports teams or recreation leagues that provide a sense of community and teamwork.
