Good morning! Rivian Automotive, a US electric vehicle start-up, has exceeded production expectations for the second quarter, following Tesla and BYD’s strong deliveries. Rivian built 13,992 trucks and vans at its factory in Normal, Illinois, surpassing Wall Street’s forecast of about 11,000 vehicles. The company remains on track to manufacture 50,000 vehicles this year.
