Groff’s request for accommodation was rejected by his superiors, leading to disciplinary action. However, the court recognized that his employer could easily accommodate his religious beliefs without any undue hardship. This decision supports the freedom of religion, a core principle of our nation, and offers protection to those whose duties clash with their faith.
These rulings represent a significant step toward liberty and genuine equality, in contrast to the superficial equality pursued by progressives.
