Although Amelinckx didn’t achieve the desired result, Supsup expressed her pride in Amelinckx’s determination and recognized her as the first runner-up. The coronation event took place in Poland on July 14 (July 15 in the Philippines), where Ecuador’s Andrea Aguilera was crowned Miss Supranational. After the pageant, Amelinckx received an outpouring of support and accolades from her fellow beauty queens, including Supsup and Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee. Celeste Cortesi, Miss Universe Philippines 2022, also showed her admiration for Amelinckx, referring to her as the “queen of dedication” and expressing her pride in witnessing Amelinckx’s growth. Cortesi urged everyone to show their love and support for Amelinckx’s achievement in bringing pride to the country. It should be noted that Amelinckx’s first runner-up finish continued the Philippines’ 11-year streak of placements at the Miss Supranational pageant. The only Filipina to have won the Miss Supranational title so far is Binibining Pilipinas Mutya Johanna Datul in 2013.
