Riley Keough has been appointed as the sole trustee of the estate of her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, in a hearing before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lynn Healey Scaduto.
Keough, the eldest daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, submitted a comprehensive 73-page petition on June 12, advocating for her appointment as the head of the Promenade Trust, a trust established by the family. Prior to this, Keough reached a settlement agreement with her grandmother Priscilla Presley and Michael Lockwood, the guardian ad litem for her half-siblings, Harper and Finley Lockwood, who are 14 years old. Lockwood is Lisa Marie Presley’s former husband.
Riley Keough, also known as Danielle Riley Keough, who is 34 years old, will also oversee the sub-trusts for her half-sisters. Priscilla Presley will serve as a special adviser to the trust and receive a monthly payment for her role. Additionally, Priscilla Presley will be buried at Graceland, the former home of Elvis Presley in Memphis, Tennessee, which Riley Keough will now own.
Lisa Marie Presley passed away on January 12 at the age of 54. She had been hospitalized after experiencing a cardiac arrest at her residence in Los Angeles.
