During his time at Roivant Sciences, Ramaswamy oversaw the development of five FDA-approved drugs. He served as the company’s CEO until January 2021 and chairman until February 20, when he resigned to focus on his presidential campaign.

Ramaswamy has also released a set of 25 policy commitments that aim to build on the “America First” approach of the Trump administration. These commitments include reviving American national identity, reducing taxes and regulation to stimulate economic growth, declaring independence from communist China, dismantling bureaucratic government agencies, eliminating federal employee unions, and relocating a majority of federal employees outside of Washington.
