Quick and Unpolished: The Top Speed with Some Imperfections

OPPO has commenced the rollout of Color OS 14, which is based on Android 14. The update incorporates the October security patch and is now accessible on the Find N2 Flip in certain regions. Other OPPO smartphones are set to receive the update in a beta rollout extending to April.

In October, the public beta release of Color OS 14 was made available for the Find X5 series, the Reno 10 Pro Plus, Reno 8 Pro, OPPO A77, and OPPO A57. Today, the stable version of the software has been introduced for the Find N2 Flip. While the precise timing for the stable Color OS 14 update for other phones hasn’t been confirmed, a tentative beta rollout timeline can be found below.

Color OS 14 is essentially Oxygen OS 14 and vice versa since OPPO and OnePlus merged their resources in late 2021. The two operating systems are essentially the mirror image of each other. With Color OS 14, you can anticipate more Aquamorphic elements and useful new tools. Furthermore, there are some privacy and security enhancements to look forward to.

Stay tuned for new features specially designed for foldable phones, with the company planning to introduce these updates for the Find N3 and Find N3 Flip by next Autumn.
