The release of sixty-nine hostages was announced in Gaza after they had been held captive for seven weeks following the attacks on Israel on 7 October. However, more hostages have still yet to be released, including Chen Almog-Goldstein, her children Tal, Gal, and Agam, Hanna Katzir, Channah Peri, Dr. Shoshan Haran, Sharon Avigdori, Noam, Yafa Adar, Shiri Weiss, Noga, Adrienne Aviva Seigel, and Keith.
