Jadson Sancho will NOT be in the squad for Manchester United vs Burnley

Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Jadon Sancho will not be in United’s squad for their trip to Burnley tomorrow night. He still isn’t training with the squad, but Ten Hag has said ‘it depends on him’.

David de Gea ‘may RETIRE if he doesn’t receive offer to be No 1 at top club’

Another twist in the life of David de Gea as it has now emerged that the former Man United favourite could reportedly retire. He is stuck in limbo after reportedly rejecting advances from Saudi Arabia, with money not his main motivation.

He’s been keeping himself sharp, but nobody wants to remain clubless. Is the end near for de Gea? Read more of our report below.

The most troubling thing for Manchester United is the similarity in the mistakes being made.

United spent £47million on Onana at Erik ten Hag’s behest because they felt De Gea was making too many high-profile errors, which were outweighing his shot stopping abilities.

There was plenty of optimism at Old Trafford heading into the new season after Manchester United ended their trophy drought last term. Just one month into the campaign, that has quickly evaporated.

Chris Sutton believes Manchester United’s biggest problem is their midfield and not their defence, with Ian Ladyman warning the club have been struck by an ‘uncertainty virus’.

United have endured a torrid start to the season, losing three of their first five Premier League games and suffering defeat in their Champions League opener to Bayern Munich on Wednesday.

At a time when Erik ten Hag’s transfer policy is coming under some scrutiny, Andre Onana picked a bad moment to commit his first high-profile howler for Manchester United.

‘I don’t think I’m here because I’m good with my feet. First I have to save the goals,’ he said.

When it rains, it pours – and for Manchester United, they’re in the middle of an almighty storm.

But things haven’t been much better on the pitch, either, and Wednesday night’s 4-3 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich in the Champions League saw them pick up the unwanted record of conceding three or more goals in three consecutive games for the first time since 1978.

The goalkeeper has earned praise for his response to the setback after requesting television interviews post-match to front up to the mistake.

Manchester United players are reportedly still angry over how David de Gea was treated prior to his departure from the club in the summer.

Terms had been agreed on a new deal for the 32-year-old, reducing his salary from £375,000 a week, but the club later backed out of the agreement.
