Keke Palmer Secures Temporary Sole Custody of 8-Month-Old Son Leodis, No Visitation for Ex Darius Jackson

Reports of abuse led to Keke Palmer being temporarily granted full custody of her 8-month-old son this past Thursday in a Los Angeles court. The Nope actress, 30, filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Darius Jackson, the baby’s father, while seeking full physical and legal custody of their son, Leodis. The court granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and their son, and disallowing Jackson from having visitation with the baby. Keke Palmer also attained temporary sole custody of Leo, while a hearing is set for December 5th to determine further action. Aside from the legal developments, Palmer has not made any comment, while Jackson’s representative declined.

In response to the legal filing, Jackson posted a photo of himself holding Leo with a caption that seems to reference the ongoing legal dispute. Palmer, in Thursday’s filing, elucidated multiple allegations of physical abuse. The troubles between Palmer and Jackson previously surfaced in July.
