Revolution Beauty is currently under investigation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for potential market abuse incidents that occurred between July 2021 and September 2022.

The popular makeup brand has assured full cooperation with the FCA during the probe.

This investigation adds to the recent challenges faced by Revolution Beauty, which saw its shares suspended for nine months.

Following the refusal of auditor BDO to sign off on its accounts for the year ending February 28, 2022, the company underwent a leadership change and eventually filed its accounts two months ago, leading to the lifting of the suspension on June 28.
