On Friday, Lionsgate unveiled the poster for the upcoming film, “Expend4bles.” Although the poster reveals a “Coming Soon” message, it has been solidified that the movie will hit theaters on September 22. The poster prominently showcases the diverse ensemble cast of Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Megan Fox, 50 Cent, Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Randy Couture, and Andy Garcia.
Megan Fox, 50 Cent, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, and Andy Garcia are joining the legendary action franchise for the first time. Meanwhile, Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, and Randy Couture are reprising their roles from the previous films.
The poster follows the style of its predecessors, with the team of mercenaries standing behind the character Barney Ross, played by Sylvester Stallone. However, it seems that Jason Statham’s character, Lee Christmas, will take the lead in “Expend4bles.”
Earlier trailers provided a glimpse of Lee Christmas’ romantic involvement with Megan Fox’s character, Gina. Additionally, Christmas is depicted engaging in intense combat against Rahmat, portrayed by Iko Uwais, known for his role in “The Raid.”
