Greg Norman and wife face lawsuit following alleged sexual assault incident at party

Greg Norman, leader of LIV Golf, and his wife, Kirsten Kutner, are facing a lawsuit filed by a high school girl who alleges she was sexually assaulted by two boys at their Florida home. The incident occurred during a party where alcohol was served to minors, including the girl and her alleged attackers. The lawsuit claims that Kutner served drinks to the girl and other guests before the party began, and more alcohol was served throughout the night. The girl states that she became intoxicated and was unable to stand on her own, leading to the alleged assault by the boys next to the pool.

The lawsuit, filed in March, accuses Norman and Kutner of negligence for failing to ensure the girl’s safety and sobriety, as well as seeking damages for her pain, suffering, and mental anguish. Norman, known for his role in the controversial Saudi-backed LIV Golf tour, recently announced its merger with the PGA and European tours. The attorneys representing the girl have not yet responded to requests for comment.

Norman and Kutner have been married since 2010, and they purchased their Palm Beach Gardens mansion five months before the incident. Norman, a decorated golfer and successful entrepreneur, has amassed a net worth of $400 million, according to Forbes Magazine. The Palm Beach Gardens police department has not confirmed if a criminal complaint was filed in relation to the incident. The lawsuit was initially reported by The Daily Mail.
