The girl states that she became intoxicated and was unable to stand on her own, leading to the alleged assault by the boys next to the pool.
The lawsuit, filed in March, accuses Norman and Kutner of negligence for failing to ensure the girl’s safety and sobriety, as well as seeking damages for her pain, suffering, and mental anguish. The attorneys representing the girl have not yet responded to requests for comment.
Norman and Kutner have been married since 2010, and they purchased their Palm Beach Gardens mansion five months before the incident. Norman, a decorated golfer and successful entrepreneur, has amassed a net worth of $400 million, according to Forbes Magazine.
