Furious father bites off six-year-old son’s penis in China before spitting it out
Passers-by were left horrified when a father with mental illness bit off his six-year-old son’s penis and spat it out.
Witnesses in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China, reported that the 32-year-old father was walking with his naked son and four-year-old daughter on the street when he instructed the boy to lick his penis.
When the boy refused, the father used his teeth to forcibly remove his son’s genitals.

A shocking picture in the City Post newspaper shows the boy lying on a hospital bed with the area bandaged.
The boy’s face was obscured by editors to protect his identity.
The paper reports that doctors were able to successfully reattach the boy’s genitalia, but it is too early to determine if he will regain normal use of the appendage.

Police stated that the father likely suffers from a mental illness, as witnesses had previously seen him pretending to strangle his son on their balcony.
Investigations also discovered that the man, identified only by the surname Yu, was heavily in debt due to a failed business venture and was frequently seen gambling.
Relatives will now be responsible for caring for the six-year-old boy and his sister.
