Yamaha FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0 Receives New Colours and Affordable Pricing
The Yamaha FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0, the latest addition to the popular premium commuter range from the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha, now comes in two new colors – Dark Matte Blue and Matte Black. Priced at Rs. 1,28,900 (ex-sh), these new colors offer an affordable option for buyers in the FZ Fi V4 lineup.
Yamaha FZ V4 Introduces Stylish New Colours
Just in time for the festive season, Yamaha is bringing freshness to its FZ V4 lineup by launching the Dark Matte Blue and Matte Black colors. These two colors are exclusively available for the FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0 variant, priced at Rs. 1,28,900 (ex-sh).
The Matte Black shade features an all-black finish with a subtle red pinstripe on both alloy wheels. On the other hand, the Dark Matte Blue color has a white pinstripe on the alloy wheels. While some may not prefer the chrome-finished surrounds for the fake vents on the fuel tank shrouds, Yamaha offers the option of the FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0 DLX variant for an additional Rs. 500, which includes dual-tone seat covers and color-coded alloy wheel finish. The DLX variant is available in Metallic Grey, Metallic Black, and Majesty Red.
The Metallic Grey variant features Racing Blue colored alloy wheels and a Black seat cover, while the Metallic Black and Majesty Red variants come with Gold-finished alloy wheels and a pastel red seat cover. It is worth noting that even with the FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0 and its DLX variant, Yamaha has not introduced a split seat setup.
Unchanged Features and Upgrades
While the highlight of the Ver 4.0 model compared to Ver 3.0 is its new headlight design with twin LED DRLs, the rest of the motorcycle remains unchanged. The Yamaha FZ-S Fi Ver 4.0 is a straightforward premium commuter motorcycle.
Powered by a 149cc single-cylinder 2V SOHC engine, it delivers 12.4 PS of peak power at 7,250 RPM and 13.3 Nm of torque at 5,500 RPM, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also features a traction control system. With its air-cooled engine and simple setup, it offers impressive fuel efficiency.
