The new deal between BT and Eurosport promises significant benefits for BT subscribers, with Marc Allera, chief executive of BT’s consumer division, assuring customers that they will receive more content without an immediate increase in price. BT has stated that its Champions League and Premier League coverage will remain largely unchanged, at least in the short term, although a shift is expected in the future.
