Former running back Warren Miles Long described a culture of sexual violence and hazing that affected every member of the football team. Northwestern University has fired its baseball coach and football coach amid the allegations. The university may face further lawsuits from former football, baseball, and other student-athletes. University President Michael Schill has announced that an outside firm will be hired to evaluate the athletics culture and its relationship to academics at the institution.
