Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have officially concluded their divorce after nearly eight years since they first filed their petitions.
As per the judgment filed on Tuesday and obtained by CNN, the former couple has mutually agreed to have joint legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old son, Maceo.
Additionally, Berry has committed to paying $8,000 per month as child support to Martinez.
The Oscar-winning actress and the “Unfaithful” actor had announced their decision to divorce back in October 2015. A heartfelt statement released by them during that time emphasized their love, respect, and shared focus on their son’s well-being.
They expressed their hope for privacy and wished each other nothing but happiness in their respective lives.
