Three women recently filed a lawsuit under the Adult Survivors Act in New York against actor Sebastian Chacon, who most recently played drummer Warren Rojas in the hit miniseries Daisy Jones & the Six. The complaint alleges that Chacon engaged in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse between 2017 and 2022 in New York, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. The women, identified as Jane Doe 1, Jane Doe 2, and Jane Doe 3, have chosen to remain unnamed in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit accuses Chacon of grooming a 16-year-old girl and then sexually assaulting her by encouraging her to consume alcohol even though she was underage. Chacon is also accused of engaging in nonconsensual sex and physical abuse with two other women, both of whom he was in a romantic relationship with.
In response, Chacon’s attorney has denied the accusations, alleging that they are part of an extortion scheme against his client. The lawsuit, which is filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, requests compensatory and punitive damages.
Chacon’s other screen credits include Pose, Narcos, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, Emergency, and Angelfish. The case remains ongoing.
