An actor renowned for his role on the immensely popular Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana” was apprehended by Rockwall police on Saturday, as indicated by online jail records.
The Rockwall Police Department received a 911 call from an individual reporting a disturbance at a hotel situated in the 2600 Block of Lakefront Trail on Saturday, August 26, around 7:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers approached the complainant, who informed them that an apparently intoxicated individual had entered the hotel, taken a bag of chips, and started consuming them.
When asked to pay for the chips, the person became verbally abusive and departed without making any payment. Officers subsequently located and identified him outside the hotel.
Mitchel Musso, a 32-year-old, was apprehended by the police on charges of public intoxication and theft, among other offenses. According to jail records, the item Musso allegedly attempted to steal had a value of less than $100. The total bail for the public intoxication and theft charges amounted to $1,000, while the bail for his other charges was approximately $1,080.
Furthermore, a routine records check disclosed that the former Disney star had multiple outstanding traffic warrants issued by the Rockwall Police Department.
Located approximately 23 miles northeast of downtown Dallas, Rockwall is the setting for this incident.
Records indicate that Musso posted bail on Sunday, and it remains uncertain whether he has legal representation.
