Kirby expressed confidence in Ukraine’s ability to reclaim territory seized by Russia, despite the slower progress than initially expected.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced on November 3rd that the United States has initiated the provision of smaller military assistance packages to Ukraine, aiming to continue supporting the country despite funding issues in Congress.
