White House National Security Chief Recognizes UFOs’ Influence on Training Ranges, Emphasizes the Need for Serious Attention

UFOs have been declared a significant factor in combat training for American fighter pilots, according to a top national security official. John Kirby, the National Security Council’s Coordinator for Strategic Communications under President Biden, acknowledged that these unidentified phenomena have already affected training ranges. This marks a shift in the White House’s approach, as press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre previously evaded questions about UFO encounters involving F-22 stealth raptor jets, using quotes from the movie E.T. to deflect inquiries.

Kirby, a retired rear admiral in the US Navy, emphasized the need to treat the unanswered questions surrounding UFOs as a legitimate issue. During a recent White House briefing, he expressed concern about the impact of these sightings on pilots’ ability to perfect their skills during training exercises. While Kirby confirmed that the Pentagon is taking the UFO issue seriously, he refrained from commenting on individual whistleblowers, including retired senior intelligence officer David Grusch, whose claims have prompted upcoming open congressional oversight hearings.

Last month, Grusch came forward with allegations that the US military and defense contractors are concealing evidence related to crashed UFOs, recovered beings, and UFO-related deaths. When asked about Grusch’s claims, Admiral Kirby chose not to discuss individual whistleblowers. However, Senator Marco Rubio revealed that Grusch’s testimony has been corroborated during classified hearings by other defense sector witnesses, some of whom may testify at the scheduled House Oversight hearing on UFOs.

Admiral Kirby dismissed the historical ridicule surrounding the UFO topic and stressed the Pentagon’s commitment to better understand what is happening in restricted airspace, where pilot training takes place. He revealed that the Pentagon has established an organization to collect and coordinate the reporting and analysis of sightings of Unidentified Aerial or Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), as they are officially termed. Kirby emphasized that the establishment of this organization is a clear indication that the Pentagon is taking the matter seriously.

Moreover, Admiral Kirby’s comments lend further credibility to the 2015 GIMBAL UFO video captured by the US Navy. This video, taken with an F/A-18’s infrared targeting pod, shows a mysterious object flying in restricted airspace off the Atlantic coast, which had been reserved for naval aviators’ training exercises.

Admiral Kirby also stated that the current military efforts regarding UFOs represent the first “coordinated, integrated effort,” implying that the previously classified UFO investigation programs run by the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency have been superseded. However, he clarified that no firm conclusions have been reached, despite the fact that multiple UAP were shot down over Canada and Alaska in February.

Admiral Kirby concluded by emphasizing that the goal is to understand these phenomena better and investigate their impact on training operations. The questions posed to him were asked by Blake Burman, chief Washington correspondent for Nexstar Media’s NewsNation, a cable news network known for its comprehensive reporting on UFO-related issues.
