Buffalo Bills star linebacker Von Miller is officially listed as questionable for the team’s Week 5 matchup in London.
Despite this, the eight-time Pro Bowler expresses confidence that he will play in the highly anticipated game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
“I believe it’s a safe bet that I’ll be out there,” Miller assures reporters in London this week. He adds that there is a “94½ %” chance he will take the field at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Miller has been a limited participant in both Wednesday and Thursday’s practices. He suffered an ACL injury in November during a game against the Detroit Lions that required surgery.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott isn’t as certain about Miller’s availability this weekend but seems satisfied with his performance in practice.
“The first day, when you’re coming off an injury like that, getting through it is the biggest thing,” McDermott says. “I commend him for making it through that first practice because it’s a significant milestone considering the extensive rehabilitation he’s undergone. So, that’s where we stand. I think day two was better than day one. He appeared to be growing more comfortable.”

Even if Miller can only play a limited role, his presence would likely boost Buffalo’s defense. The Bills defense has recently been affected by injuries to key players, including cornerback Tre’Davious White and defensive end Greg Rousseau.
