Unveiling the Truth | Director Refutes Woman’s Sexual Battery Allegation on September 29, 2022

One Year Ago Today (September 29, 2022)… A British filmmaker faces allegations of sexual abuse from a former interior decorator, but he denies the claims and vows to prove his innocence in court, according to his attorney.

The woman has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Sacha Gervasi, accusing him of sexual battery, assault, and other charges. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for the alleged incidents.

Gervasi, known for directing the film “Hitchcock” and writing scripts for movies like “The Terminal” and “Henry’s Crime,” denies the allegations through his lawyer, Jeremiah Reynolds.

“The complaint … is a desperate attempt to divert attention from the lawsuit filed by my clients against the plaintiff. They accuse her of attempting to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars in property and causing damage to their home,” said Reynolds. “According to our clients, she demanded more money, despite already withholding nearly half a million dollars in cash and property belonging to them.”

Reynolds further states that the plaintiff made false claims against Gervasi when he refused to comply with her demands.

“We possess numerous text messages and witnesses that will disprove the plaintiff’s allegations and fully vindicate Mr. Gervasi,” Reynolds added.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff and Gervasi dated briefly in the late 1990s after being introduced by a mutual friend. After a period of not seeing each other regularly, they remained part of the same social circle and maintained a friendly relationship.

However, the dynamics changed when Gervasi started a serious relationship with Jessica de Rothschild, a member of the prominent Rothschild family, the suit claims. The plaintiff initially believed she would be safer with de Rothschild in the picture, which led her to develop a closer friendship with both of them.

Unfortunately, the plaintiff alleges that Gervasi engaged in lecherous and inappropriate behavior towards her, even in the presence of de Rothschild.

The plaintiff claims that Gervasi regularly touched and fondled her inappropriately during her years working as an interior designer. Despite enduring this behavior, she did not confront Gervasi directly, choosing instead to maintain a close friendship with de Rothschild. The plaintiff was also hired to decorate Gervasi’s Hollywood Hills home through her interior design engagements.

However, the plaintiff alleges that the constant distress and anxiety caused by the working environment negatively impacted her health and sleep patterns.
