Baumgartner’s Legal Fees Exceed $290,000 as Costner Faces Demand for $900,000

According to documents obtained by Insider, Baumgartner’s legal fees in the ongoing divorce proceedings have already exceeded $290,000, with the possibility of further increase as the proceedings continue.
As of now, Baumgartner’s fees to one of her legal representation firms, Griffith & Thornburgh, amount to $296,944, excluding fees owed to her other attorney, Susan Wiesner.
In anticipation of the upcoming trial to determine the validity of Baumgartner’s prenuptial agreement with Costner, her attorneys estimate that her fees and costs will reach $375,000.
However, in recent court filings, Costner’s legal team rejected a request from Baumgartner seeking an additional $885,000 for trial preparation.
Costner’s lawyers revealed that Baumgartner is demanding $575,000 for her attorney’s fees and $280,000 for expert costs.
