Harry Styles Joins the MCU as Eros, Thanos’ Enigmatic Brother

Harry Styles’ entrance into the MCU as Eros in “Eternals” had fans buzzing with excitement. However, despite the initial anticipation, the 2021 film received mixed reviews, and Styles’ cameo may have been forgotten by the general audience.
In the post-credits scene, Eros and Pip the Troll (voiced by Patton Oswalt) board the spaceship known as the Domo, where they encounter three Eternals: Thena (Angelina Jolie), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), and Druig (Barry Keoghan).
Pip introduces Styles’ character as the “Royal Prince of Titan, brother of Thanos, the Knave of Hearts, defeater of Black Roger, the great adventurer, Starfox.”
Eros then warns the immortals, saying, “Your friends are in big trouble. And we know where to find them.”
As the Infinity Saga concludes and Marvel embraces the multiverse, the role of Thanos’ enigmatic brother in the future of the MCU remains uncertain.
Furthermore, despite two years since the release of “Eternals,” there have been no announcements of a sequel or spin-off.
During an interview with MTV News at San Diego Comic-Con in 2022, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige hinted at the potential adventures of Eros and Pip, stating, “You’re talking about Ghost Rider, we’ve got Blade, we’ve got Doctor Strange with the supernatural angles, we’ve got the street level with our announcement of Daredevil and of course, [Spider-Man], and cosmic, and that’s where our friends Eros and Pip live.”
