Looking back, I don’t feel like I fully achieved my potential in school. I was often distracted and lacked focus. However, towards the end of my A-levels, I began to excel. Unfortunately, life took me on a different path, diverting me from academic pursuits.

Spice Girls was more than just a band comprised of five individuals; it belonged to everyone. We became a voice for the voiceless, resonating with people of all ages. Through us, individuals realized that they could embrace their true selves. Our music served as a soundtrack to a generation, but it became a powerful movement that transcended cultural boundaries.
A Taste for Dramatics:
Sometimes, I tend to exaggerate certain situations – it’s an unfortunate aspect of my impatience. While I am quick to find solutions, I often rush through the process instead of taking the time to understand and reflect.

There was a moment in my life where I nearly drowned while filming for Comic Relief. Becoming a mother has transformed me into a less selfish individual. My priorities have shifted, and I now strive to be a parent who balances firmness, fairness, and fun. Lately, I’ve taken on the role of a disciplinarian.

The Symbolic Magpie:
Each sighting of a magpie holds a special meaning. I make it a point to count them, following the old superstition: one for sorrow, two for joy, three for a girl… If I come across a solitary magpie, I always salute it – a gesture of respect. Regardless of my location, I ensure this act is carried out.
An Unforgettable Encounter with Judi Dench:
Judi Dench is an absolute gem, and I adore her tremendously. During our first meeting, she graciously invited me over for tea. I shared that I had been reading “Merchant of Venice” and began to recite a few lines. To my astonishment, she joined in. The image of a girl from Watford reciting Shakespeare alongside Dame Judi is a memory I will forever cherish.
The Oxford Dream:
Recently, I mustered the courage to speak my aspiration aloud for the first time: I long to attend Oxford University to study history and English. I am determined to make this dream a reality one day, so keep an eye out for me in your future lectures.
