The first period of the game between NU and UST was closely contested, but the Bulldogs managed to break away and take a commanding 30-14 lead into the second quarter. Kai Ballungay played a crucial role in Ateneo’s victory, contributing 18 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists. Jared Brown also made significant contributions with crucial three-pointers.
