Travelers heading to Bali from Australia can rejoice as the Indonesian government has announced the removal of Covid-19 vaccination requirements for all arrivals.
The Covid-19 Handling Task Force released a policy update on June 9, eliminating the need for tourists to prove they have received the Covid vaccine.
Although proof of Covid vaccination is no longer mandatory, the Australian government advises travelers to still get vaccinated for diseases such as Hepatitis A and B, Rabies, and Typhoid.
Smartraveller, the Australian government service, has updated its travel advice for those planning to visit multiple islands in Indonesia to reflect this change in policy.
