June 30 (UPI) — Netflix has provided a sneak peek of the highly anticipated documentary Sly.
The streaming giant unveiled a teaser trailer for the film on Friday, featuring the legendary Sylvester Stallone.
Sly delves deep into the extraordinary life and career of Stallone, a 76-year-old actor and director celebrated for his work in the Rocky, Rambo, and Expendables franchises.
“For almost five decades, Sylvester Stallone has captivated audiences worldwide with his iconic characters and blockbuster franchises, from Rocky to Rambo to The Expendables,” states an official synopsis.
The documentary “provides an intimate insight into the Oscar-nominated actor-writer-director-producer, drawing parallels between his inspirational underdog story and the unforgettable characters he has brought to life.”
The Sly teaser begins with Stallone exclaiming, “Hell yeah, I have regrets!”
The actor then compares his life to observing fleeting landscapes through a train window.
“Filmmaking comes at a great cost. There’s no time for anything else,” he reflects.
Sly is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in November.
Stallone has also provided a glimpse into his personal life in the Paramount+ reality series The Family Stallone, featuring the actor, his wife Jennifer Flavin, and their daughters. The show was renewed for a second season in May.
Last month, Netflix debuted Arnold, a documentary centered around another action star, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
