He later joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in 2008, where he portrayed the fourth rendition of Billy Abbott. In 2014, Miller departed from the show, but not before garnering three Daytime Emmys for his portrayal as Billy Abbott – two for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series and one for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
