Top Dow Jones Futures Stocks to Buy and Monitor ahead of CPI Inflation Report

Dow Jones futures, S&P 500 futures, and Nasdaq 100 futures held steady overnight as traders await the release of the October CPI inflation report. Among the top stocks to watch today are tech powerhouse Nvidia (NVDA) and software giant Microsoft (MSFT).

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.2% on Monday, while the S&P 500 fell 0.1% and the Nasdaq composite dropped 0.2%. Tesla (TSLA) surged 4.2%, while Nvidia rose 0.6%. However, Apple (AAPL) and Microsoft saw declines, with AAPL down 0.9% and Microsoft off 0.8%.

Amazon (AMZN), MercadoLibre (MELI), Nvidia, and ServiceNow (NOW) are among the best stocks to buy and watch in the ongoing market rally. Intel, Microsoft, Walmart, and UnitedHealth are also featured for potential gains.

In terms of Dow Jones futures, remember that overnight trading action does not always translate to regular market sessions. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield rose to 1.63% on Monday, and oil prices moved above $78 a barrel.

IBD recommends maintaining a market exposure level of 60% to 80% given the strengthened trend in the market rally, but also advises being prepared for a volatile week.

Leading stocks to watch include Amazon, UnitedHealth, DraftKings, and Nvidia. Meanwhile, Tesla reclaimed the 200-day moving average line on Monday, and both Apple and Microsoft continue to show potential for growth.
