In my annual Top 200 fantasy football player rankings for 2023, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey takes the top spot. McCaffrey has consistently delivered exceptional performance, but his availability is key this season. With a strong offensive line and a wealth of playmakers in the offense, McCaffrey is expected to be a central figure for the 49ers.
