This was the first time they had seen each other since the explosive reunion episode. Tom, who caused heartbreak for Ariana by having an affair with Raquel Leviss, looked somber as he arrived at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant Sur alongside cast members Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, and Katie Maloney. The cast gathered for filming one day before the show received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing For An Unstructured Reality Program.
Tom wore a navy sweater and flared jeans while walking to the tense filming location. Later, he was seen arguing with Shay over his infidelity with Leviss. Ariana put on a stylish display in a watercolor mini dress, strappy heels, and a mint-colored bag. She wore her hair in an elegant updo and had a radiant makeup look. Shay looked stunning in a black crop-top and leather trousers as she accompanied her husband, Brock Davies, who wore an eye-catching orange satin shirt. Katie opted for a gothic look in a black lace ensemble, walking beside Ariana while keeping a distance from her ex-husband Tom Schwartz.
Filming for the upcoming season began in June, with all cast members, except for Leviss, who was in a mental health facility, signed on to return. Leviss has been negotiating her release and is expected to leave the facility within the next 10-15 days. However, she may choose to stay longer. The producers have been supportive of her treatment. Leviss checked herself into the facility after Ariana discovered intimate FaceTime videos between Tom and Leviss on his phone, leading to their breakup after nine years of dating. There is uncertainty about whether Leviss will return to the show. Sandoval confirmed that he has been filming for the new season and mentioned that it will be interesting. When asked if he had been in touch with Leviss, he declined to comment. He also mentioned that his friendship with Schwartz is fine and that they had seen each other recently. Both Sandoval and Schwartz were spotted filming together at a bar, engaged in a serious conversation. Sandoval has also been involved in another project, filming the second season of the competition series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test in New Zealand.
Meanwhile, Madix revealed that she will be appearing on the 32nd season of Dancing With The Stars. She made the announcement alongside DWTS judge and pro dancer, Derek Hough, on Good Morning America. Since her split from Tom, Ariana has moved on with fitness instructor Daniel Wai. The show has received its first Emmy nominations for the most recent season, competing in the Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program category alongside other shows like Indian Matchmaking, RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked, Selling Sunset, and Welcome To Wrexham.
