In a recent video, he highlighted the reasons why he favors Toyota’s range of vehicles, emphasizing the significant cost savings drivers can achieve over the long term due to their exceptional reliability.
Kilmer stated, “As a mechanic who has worked on countless cars over the past five decades, I can personally vouch for Toyota’s quality. The low number of mechanical issues encountered with Toyota vehicles is the primary reason behind their reliability.”
He further added, “But here’s something not many people are aware of – choosing a Toyota can actually save you a substantial amount of money compared to other car brands.”
In the video, Kilmer revealed that Toyota cars sold in the USA typically travel between 200,000 and 250,000 miles, with some examples even surpassing the 500,000-mile mark.
Additionally, he shared a remarkable story of a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck from 2008 that has covered over 1.5 million miles. This truck, used for medical deliveries in North Carolina and Virginia, demonstrates the lasting durability of Toyota vehicles with regular maintenance.
