He asserted, “If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.”
This exchange follows a war of words between the two tech moguls since Musk’s June declaration of being “up for a cage match.” Zuckerberg responded by challenging Musk to “send location” for the fight, to which Musk jokingly replied by suggesting the “Vegas Octagon,” a well-known mixed martial arts venue in Nevada.
Musk even suggested that the fight should be live-streamed on X, with all proceeds going to charity for veterans.
However, Zuckerberg cleverly countered Musk’s boasts about preparing for the fight by highlighting the unreliability of Musk’s company X since its acquisition for $44 billion last year.
