She wore a black asymmetric Versace gown with an onyx and diamond ring from Van Cleef & Arpels, which retails at $12,000.
Despite her successful night, Swift noticed that the diamond was missing from her ring.
In a video, she alerted a security guard and grimaced while showing him the empty ring.
Swift even searched the floor in hopes of finding the lost diamond.
When she accepted the video of the year award for her single “Anti-Hero,” the ring was noticeably absent from her left hand.
It is unknown whether she was able to recover the diamond.
In addition to the ring, Swift wore several expensive pieces of jewelry that night.
She wore gold and silver necklaces, including a vintage chain from Joseph Saidian & Sons, priced at $65,000, and a diamond choker from Anita Ko, priced at $31,675.
