According to Health, cottage cheese’s high protein content keeps you feeling satisfied for longer, and when combined with fiber-rich vegetables, it enhances the feeling of fullness. However, nutritionists caution that this combination should not replace a well-balanced meal, as it may lack essential nutrients.

I was initially motivated to try the mix out of curiosity rather than a desire to lose weight. I substituted plain mustard with hot and sweet mustard since I didn’t have the plain version at home.
