Skip TSA Queues for Free when Flying this Summer

Tired of long security queues at the airport? There is good news for travelers who don’t want to pay for security line reservations. The Reserve service by Clear is a free program that allows customers to reserve a spot ahead of time, which sends them to the front of the line at TSA checkpoints. The process is simple; all you have to do is log in to the Clear site and make a reservation for the time you require, then you will receive a QR code that you can show to a staffer in the Reserve lane near the TSA checkpoint. The service is currently available at around 20 airports in the US, Canada, and Europe. However, it is limited to specific areas, and the company is working on incorporating other airports into the program. Reserve customers must still remove their shoes and jackets for screening, but Clear also offers paid services like Clear Plus and TSA PreCheck for a price of $189 per year and $78 for five years, respectively. These services enable users to skip the ID check as their eyes or fingerprints are scanned, and they don’t have to remove their jackets, shoes, laptops, or other items. Clear’s Reserve program, being free, is a great option for travelers who don’t want to pay for reservations. “Travelers can now save even more time by seamlessly reserving their spot in the security line,” says a Clear representative.
