The public was treated to several magnificent, musical comebacks by Shakira, directed straight at her ex, Gerard Pique. But the retaliation may not be limited to music alone. Reports also suggest an elaborate witch display that she allegedly orchestrated to confront Pique’s mother.
A Spanish journalist, Laura Fa, hinted that Shakira may be joining the list of celebrities with their own docu-series, a documentary, or some other major project that details her life post-Pique’s infidelity. “I think it will be about the drama she’s gone through and it will be called: ‘The cheating and me.’ It will be the [diss] song in documentary form,” she said, as per DailyMail.

Another journalist, Lorena Vasquez, agreed that it’s obvious Shakira is developing more content around her life following the infidelity. “It’s clear Shakira is recording graphic material for an audiovisual project, a documentary or a documentary-style reality,” she said. “It seems nowadays like if you’re a famous person and you haven’t got your own documentary-style reality, you’re nobody.”
The founder of Shakira Perfumes, Shakira and Piqué separated in 2022, after over a decade together, shortly following the allegations of his infidelity. The couple shares two children named Milan and Sasha.
Upon learning of his reported infidelity, she released the diss track “BZRP Music Session #53.” She also enlisted her children’s longtime nanny, Lili Melgar for the music video “El Jefe.” (Melgar was allegedly the one who informed Shakira of Pique’s infidelity and was the nanny allegedly let go by Piqué without compensation.)
