- The SAG-AFTRA strike is intensifying, with a stunt double for Harrison Ford in the latest “Indiana Jones” film setting himself on fire during a rally.

Harrison Ford’s stunt double made a daring move by setting himself on fire during a rally supporting the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.
Stunt actor Mike Massa, along with other stunt performers, gathered at the site of a tracking vehicle company to protest, according to Atlanta television station WSB-TV.
A shared Instagram post from Massa and fellow stunt actor Elena Sanchez captured the moment when Massa set himself ablaze on a makeshift stage at the back of a truck.
The video shows Massa confidently walking along the stage, holding a picket board while his suit is engulfed in flames. The crowd cheered in support.
Sanchez, in the shared caption, expressed frustration with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, stating, “We are tired of being burned by the AMPTP.”
During the rally, Sanchez also advocated for better pay for SAG union members, mentioning that 87% of them make less than $26,000 a year and don’t qualify for health insurance.
After the daring stunt, Massa posted on Instagram expressing his satisfaction with the turnout and thanking his colleagues for their support and ensuring his safety as part of his fire safety team.
According to his IMDb page, Massa has worked on popular shows like “Stranger Things,” “Star Trek,” and the recent “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.”
Massa has also shared behind-the-scenes photos from the “Indiana Jones” set on his Instagram.
As of now, Massa and Sanchez have not responded to requests for comment from Insider outside of regular business hours.
