Royal Expert Claims Princess Diana Was the Sole Person Capable of Reconciling Harry and William’s Feud

A royal expert has recently stated that if the late Princess Diana was still alive, she would have been the only person capable of repairing the strained relationship between Prince Harry and Prince William. According to former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond, Princess Diana held her sons in high regard and their well-being meant the world to her. Bond expressed her belief that Diana’s greatest wish would have been to reconcile with her sons and mend the rift between them. She added that if anyone could have accomplished this, it would have been Diana. Kensington Palace and Prince Harry’s representatives have been reached out to for comments on this matter.

Bond also revealed more about Diana’s parenting style, highlighting the abundance of love and affection she showered upon her sons, a stark contrast to her own upbringing. In recent years, tensions between Prince Harry and Prince William have been palpable, particularly after Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” was published in January. In the book, Harry made allegations against his brother, claiming that he had physically attacked him and placed the blame for their strained relationship and media struggles on Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle.

Following the release of the memoir, tensions further escalated, and there appeared to be a strain on royal relationships after Harry and Meghan’s revealing interview with Oprah, as well as their Netflix documentary. It was reported that Prince William needed time to calm down and process everything. However, the brothers were seen reuniting after the death of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022, presenting a united front that required extensive negotiations. They also came together to honor their father, King Charles, during his coronation ceremony.

Despite the awkwardness and strained dynamics, royal reporter Richard Palmer has claimed that King Charles is eager to reconcile and heal the rift between his sons. It is speculated that he would welcome them back, although the situation remains delicate and unresolved. King Charles has not met his son during his recent visits to the UK.
